The developers of CENtech, Robert Lloyd and Maxwell Turner, initiated and funded a research program commencing in the late 1970's with the following objectives:

Assist the international environmental 'clean up.'
To publicise the long-term benefits possible through the use of CENtechnology.
To license CENtechnology in as many suitable locations as possible.
To help eliminate, where possible, the need to burn raw coal, one of the major causes of global pollution.
To introduce CENFuel for the generation of electric power, domestic, industrial and other uses as soon as possible.
By introducing CENtech as widely as possible, to reduce the pollutants which have major direct and indirect effects on the environmental health of humans, animals, plants and soils, and our waterways.
